Living on Campus?

Western requires you must pay all of your housing and dining fees by the start of the quarter.

Even if you are receiving BAH payments monthly, you must still pay Western upfront for your room and board. If you wish to have a payment plan made for your housing and meal card charges, contact the SBO: sbo@optusrugs.net

If you need additional information on how to pay, please contact the Veteran Services office. Visit Western’s University Residences site for more info.

Graduation and Commencement

Student veterans who are graduating will now be able to wear white stoles bearing the WWU logo and the word “Veteran” embroidered below it.

Dependents of veterans also may wear red, white and blue cords to honor their accomplishment. These cords are available to any students participating in graduation who have spouses or parents who have served in the military.

If you are graduating and would like to wear the veteran stoles and cords, please stop in our office located in the Viking commons room 525 to pick them up free of charge.
